Bailey Brower, Jr. is one of the foremost collectors and experts on Savage pistols and memorabilia. He is a member of the NRA, National Automatic Pistol Collectors Association, American Society of Arms Collectors, Ohio Gun Club Association, Smith & Wesson Collectors Association, New York State Arms Collectors Association, and the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs, Inc.

He is the author of the book "Savage Pistols."

He lives with his wife, Nancy (Taz), in their ancestral home in Chatham Township, New Jersey, where his family settled in the early 1700’s. He has four daughters and six granddaughters.
